1. Data Clarity

Joman AI is built to be a safe, high-end educational companion. We prioritize your data sovereignty and security.

• Google Identity: We use Google OAuth to securely sign you in. We store your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) to personalize your workspace.
• Interactive History: Your chat history is stored securely in encrypted Cloudflare KV storage. This ensures your learning progress is synced across all your devices.
• Google Classroom Metadata: Joman accesses your Google Classroom course names, teacher information, and assignment instructions to provide academic context. We do not have access to your private Google Drive files. Joman relies on you to provide content for analysis.
• OCR & Content Analysis: Any screenshots, images, or PDFs you manually upload or paste into the chat are processed using high-performance AI for transcription and tutoring. This data is transient and is used only for the immediate session.

2. Third-Party AI Services

Joman utilizes Cloudflare Workers AI for sophisticated language processing and OCR. Your data is processed within Cloudflare's secure infrastructure only for the purpose of generating your tutoring response and is treated as transient during the request phase.

3. Your Control

You have full control over what Joman remembers. You can clear your chat history or specific "Known Facts" at any time from within the Profile or Chat views. Deletion is immediate and permanent across our databases.
